Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Bharat Business Networks, we are committed to delivering the best possible experience to our members. However, in the event that you are not satisfied with your subscription or services, we have a simple cancellation and refund process in place. Members must report any dissatisfaction within three (3) days from the date of purchase or activation. Requests raised beyond this period will not be considered for a refund.

For valid cancellation requests made within the stipulated time, 90% of the payment will be refunded, while 10% will be retained towards processing and administrative charges. All approved refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) working days from the date of confirmation, and the amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment only.

Please note that refunds are not applicable once the 3-day window has passed. Additionally, any charges towards add-ons, third-party integrations, or additional services availed are strictly non-refundable.
